Buddy you've said it all in your article and we are prepared to come to the defense of anybody in the country who this quack Justice Apau penned an opinion against on his sole Commissionership without inviting anyone for questioning.
The brain behind the appointment of Justice Apau as a Sole Commissioner to investigate all sort of judgment debts against the state had its utmost motive which President Mahama in his cunning way orchestrated it for his political ambition knowing very well that his only antidote against his opponent about his abysmal performance at the presidency which do not warrant his re-election is to smear his direct opponent with dirty politics.
It is complete political conspiracy and witch haunting just to tarnish the image of Nana Akuffo Addo which is not going to gain any grounds. Justice Apau has demonstrated poor judicial judgment which is going to haunt him throughout his time at the Supreme Court. President Mahama knowing very well that had this stupid opinion of Justice Apau made to public before his elevation to the Supreme Court will meet negative reaction from the public hence he appointed or rewarded him before he had the gut to spew his unprofessional and unethical judicial nonsense. You have no respected place among your peers. SHAME UNTO YOU- JUSTICE APAU. E&OE.

Nana Akufo-Addo, as the chief legal officer of the state took over the case and did not make any attempt to represent his client at the court in London. He could have just instructed the Ghana High Commission to send a lawyer to simply go and seek postponement.
That was what Justice Apau's indictment is all about. Of course, he showed his bias by not reprimanding Tsatsu who gambled with that much state money, but that is another matter altogether!
