The so-called Council of State is nothing but the third arm of the President of Ghana. They're like a bunch of parrots domiciled in a huge cage in the presidential mansion or lizards nodding in unison with the head lizard.. What else would they do to earn their expensive keep in the abode of the first gentleman,first lady and first children than to parrot every word that comes out of the mouth of the boss or nod in agreement with every word . If we are borrowing money to run the affairs of state then we need to spend money with prudence. It's austerity time and that means getting rid of anyone or any group of persons who bring nothing to the table except communicating in incoherent mono-syllables. The government is exploiting a constitutional blunder by putting a bunch of spineless unemployable vertebrae on state welfare and turning these individuals into effeminate nodding lizards and parrots.
