Politics the bane of Ghana. Then we blame Nkrumah for his one party state. The man had foresight and we Africans do not understand democracy or is it demo crazy. When professors organize other lecturers on party to be pressure groups instead of research and innovation We are engulfed in useless articles on socialism or capitalism when all we need is just to understand these only refer to ownership so we should just get on to work .Thank you once again

I am normally not a fan but this time you are VERY RIGHT. My visits to home of late lacks much of the enjoyments of the past ones. Indiscipline has permeated society to a very frightening level. A motorbike rider who was riding on the sidewalk was upset I didn't give way. Schools kids bump into you without as much as a contrite glance. I would date the start of the decline to The last half of Acheampong's and has been gaining speed since. We need to develop the political will to call people to order. When a sitting MP storms a Police Station to demand the release of a gang who have stopped traffic, fired AK47's and robbed people in broad daylight just because they are members of a ruling Govt., That is Doomsday. I doubt, if collectively, we have the strength to turn around. It is sad but we have almost lost it. CRY THE BELOVED COUNTRY!!!
