You are so ignorant that it is a shame. Are you aware that 3 ministers tried the MCA for Ghana and could not achieve it? If it was so simple then why didn't they succeed. You are so blinded with rage that you leave yourself so wide open for even a minor can tell you to "please come again because this is pure madness". I as an adult will of course not say that. It should also interest you to know that the SSS was not implemented according to the road map. Take time to read it. It took a political twist when it was time to implement. No where in the document did it say raise the salary of teachers then police and the rest. It was to be a program me of 3 to 5 years sanctioned by all workers unions in Ghana. You lack knowledge. Your writings are fictional. Manchester taught Nduom? Or Nduom taught Manchester? The later is more appropriate.

Democracy is sustained by effective and efficient government institutions staffed with knowledgeable professionals who perform their oversight duties without favor; in Ghana we equate a sold and bought voting process as all encompassing democracy. In true democracies as practiced in industrialized nations physical changes to land cannot take place without permit from local government agency with oversight jurisdiction and a contracted construction outfit will not start work without permit at hand. Civic responsibility of neighbors will also be kicked in gear driving people to report suspecious activities to authority. Anyone who believes some in lands commission do not know of most of the illegal construction activities in Ghana would also believe Rawlings is God sent and or Kufour to be the best president Ghana ever had. We love to escape realities in life and our societal responsibilities in Ghana so well we cannot bring ourselves to accept the promises to come out of the 1966 coup was a con job; theyes are continued to be perpetrated by the NPP-NDC alliance to have control over Ghana and do as they darn well please. Democracy Ghana-style or brand is built on bribery and corruption with a shadow of institutions to rubber stamp activities of a corrupt parliament, judiciary and presidency.

Ndoum delivered the N1 Motorway and Hotel Waawaa as you call it is a triving hotel now so what is your beef? Haven't heard of flooding in this hotel area, is there??
