This issue has been ongoing since 1968 so every person that plays a part in the decision making, institution & party have done a terrible leadership and governance job.
Pass the Right to Information bill so that every Ghanaian can see information and how resources were spent no matter what party is in power.

Blaming every mishap, be it natural or man-made, is a time-honored ploy perennial opposition parties use to demonstrate to unsophisticated voters that they would have done a better job. They are quick to point fingers and highlight the incompetence of the ruling party. NPP Canada is no exception to this tactic and no wonder it has come out swinging. The floods in Accra devastating as they were should not be blamed on one party....the genesis of this problem can be harkened back to the days of British rule.
