Theresa, if parliamentary approval means loan has been secured we would have received the $1b CNTCI loan from a hair dressing saloon that received parliamentary approval.

There were conditions attached to the loan. The government was to clear all the squatters at Sodom& Gomorrah and put structures in place to ensure they did not come back. The action plan was to be documented with timelines before release of funds. They do not have the political will to clear the squatters that is the reason for the holdup of the funds.

I learnt and still researching the initial contractor from US was cut off due to non payment of graft to NDC. The contractor has been to US court and charge Ghana for ethical violations, therefore, the court has ordered the loan frozen till the case is determined. While we die in flood waters and hell fire. Mahama, Terper, Oko were planning kick backs that has resulted in this international ridicule. These idiots have the guts to call US imperialist and satan, when US government through their ambassador had pity on us to loan us money to built storm drains. The demons not happy because the American contractor refused to pay kobo. Yes they have to refuse because they can go to jail for paying bribes. However, in Ghana you do not get the contract I'd you cannot bribe people. Listen carefully to Terkper and Oko and see the holes in their stories.

NDC Thinks Winning Elections Is Just For Fun And Dancing To Yentie Obiaaaa......Well U Win Elections To Secure Power And Mandate To Manage State Resources For The Betterment Of The Citizenry But Not To Only Enjoy Positions In Govt And Use Same To Dupe The State Thro Create Loot And Share Whilst The People Suffer And Die Avoidable Deaths Like Flooding And Fire Deaths Which Has Just Occurred ......Ndc Paid Out One Billion Dollars In Fake Judgnt Debts Only For Ghana To Go Begging For 600 Million Dollars To Construct Accra Drains...This Is Very Devious, Very Stupid, Very Wicked And So Ndc Must Be Kicked Out In 2016 For An Alternative Govt.
State Resources Were Given To Ndc To Manage For Good Govce, But NOT To Create Loot And Share....Now See Our End As The Ghc Which Was 1.2 Ghc To One Dollar In 2008 Has Now Become Over 4.1 Ghc To One Dollar...Create Loot And Share Has Many Ramifications Like Dirty Environments, Floodings, Poor Monitoring Of Fuel Station Safety Measures, Business Environments, Etc

Lets stop this pettiness and move together as Ghanaians. A lot of the buildings in the water ways dates back to K4 era. This needless politicization of everything won't help anybody. Are u saying K4 govt is to blame for the may 9 disaster?
We must learn to help govts in power solve problems we create. We are in this mess bcos of political negativity and irresponsible opposition. If npp choses to do the right thing ndc will politicise b vice versa. The drains in Accra though not enough, but could have contained this floods with minimal casualties but our actions n inactions as a people made the disaster this serious. We build on water ways, throw spoilt TVs and fridges in water ways and expect govt to do magic? Pls
Coming to the $700m dollar loan, the minister for finance said the loan hasn't been received. All we have to do is impress on govt to get the loan. Parliamentary approval for a loan doesn't mean the loan is in our accounts, otherwise we would spent the one we took from the hairdressing saloon.

Yes the political wannabe Justice Sarpong strikes again with yet another illogically constructed prose. If blaming the NDC would make politicians any more responsive to the needs of the people I will say blame on but it does no good with your likes of voters, Justice Sarpong. Ghana's problems goes deeper than the superficial scars you and others try to peel off after a disaster; we tend to shirk our civic duties in Ghana and our rich elite class even tend to show us all how hopelessly we live. How many Ghanaians, rich, poor, educated and or uneducated ever considered gutters and drainage systems as important infrastructure priority? When was it ever so when we build structures that encroach on demarcated roadways and community use areas? Why do we use gutters and drainage systems for our household trash, business trash, toilet facilities without remorse or care? Do you Justice Sarpong know of any Ghanaian who went seeking government advice or directive on government earmarked drainage or gutter system in or around their property prior to starting a residential or commercial construction project? How many Ghanaians do you deem to take seriously their civic responsibility to report to government offices when others engage in irresponsible practices? Yes our governments have been corrupt and perhaps incorrigibly broken but passive citizenship that allow illegal activities to become normalized in society is at the root of what we reap today. The NDC government is as responsible to the people as the NPP members of parliament let them; parliament must not appropriate money for use by government and sit around without supervision of the use of those funds. The shirking of responsibility starts in parliament and the NPP share equally in the mismanagement and misguided prioritization of government level issues.

Next time don't come to me with a typo excuse. A typo is when you want to write a word like COME and instead you type COMR because the letter "E" and "R" are next to each other and you mistakenly type R, that is a typo but when you write WAISTED instead instead of WASTED, that is not classified as a typo but word confusion, unfortunately there is no word in English like WAISTED.
The only thing I cannot match Abeeku is his level "dunderness", hahahaha.
