IMF officials fully understand that African politicians love goddies handed over to them by the colonial master. IMF officials also understand that African politicians have not mastered the game of negotiations in deal making. All they have to do is to promise goddies when they meet African politicians , hence the desperate situation most African find themselves today. African politicians do not think about tomorrow. They think about today and their stomach.Any body wondered why African politicians have big bellies as a sign of good living. But in reality such bellies are nothing but disease.
