Samuel Kwasi Obeng,
We congratulate you for taking time to write about tourism in Ghana, and sharing the impact on Ebola and the sector. We imagine the "international tourist arrivals to Cape Coast" and other place you infer included as well Ghanaian nationals who had apprehension about visiting West Africa/Ghana last year. Up till now we have not seen any estimates by Ghanaian officials about the impact of Ebola in the Ghanaian economy. But people are paid to do these things.
We will caution you, though, on just one front at this time.
When we write essays and talk about what this or that Minister is doing in "all seriousness", we need to be able to provide data from that Minister that shows success/effectiveness. Otherwise, we may end up being praise singers for people with power, and no data to back up cheap talk.
