  Ghanaians are getting what thy asked for with their thumbs. In a civilized world, no responsible and reasonable person and moreso a president would make such a statement. Oh, I see, you know what?, he is a dead goat, NO WONDE ...

  Power barges are not on shelves for purchase. Power barges have to be designed and manufactured. Contract for design and manufacture have to be entered into. These may take from day 1 of knowing of a deficit from 5 to 10 years. If you were in power for 8 years, and did nothing for 6 years, and only started after the 6th or 7th year, the next gov. will take a balance of 3 to 5 years to cross that bridge. Planted tomatoes takes 3 to 4 months to harvest. Coconut takes 5 years to harvest. Mangoes takes 3 years to harvest, Corn takes 3 months to harvest. Power barges take 5 to 8 years to harvest. Children take 9 months to see light. Undergrads take 4 years to become graduates. We should not expect miracles of corn to be harvested in one month.
