Yemans, Chadians, and Malians too don't speak good English, but our economy is far better than theirs. So bad English doesn't also fix economy. In any case, the economy is only one of the numerous areas of national governance and development. Only a narrow minded person of your caliber reduces national wellbeing to only the economy. For your information, and to help you out of your ignorance, French is their official language and I don't care if they speak it perfectly. Common sense should tell you that I did not say we should not speak English. We have better things to worry about than who speaks perfect English. If you have ever travelled to England, you'd realize the English themselves don't speak perfect English. If you have achieved perfection in a foreign language, shove it up your ass.
