Mr Divine I want to know what exactly you want NACOB to explain to you, if the tests conducted on you were incriminating as you claiming to know, do you think you will be the one to ask? 2. What constitutes a delay according to his petition; when a policeman stops you in your car for a search what's the time according to the law should he spend to do the search? So once again what constitutes the delay Mr Divine is petitioning NACOB?
3. Can Mr Divine state it on authority that he and the colleague were the only passengers that went through the NACOB checks that night that makes him feel so tortured and mishandled?
