To many members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP)the Ashantihene Osei Tutu II should have been leading hounds of army that should have by now leveled the ground eliminating people from regions that did not vote for their party during the 2012 general elections. However the wise king has made it clear that during the kingship of Osei Tutu I Anlos and Moshies were the vassals of Ashanti. Thus for Osei Tutu II it is better for you to have tribes that were your vassals to be in power than those who you do not know. Osei Tutu II is also aware that Nfantis and Ghas are brothers and sister to Ewhes, so are the Moshies, Dagaba and other tribes from the North who refer to Ewes as their brothers and sisters. So it is better to have vassals who will not insult and demean you than to have your own who behave like hounds when they have power.
