When you point a gun at a monkey in its domain, it gets agitated, makes funny monkey sounds and its watchful eyes on the finger touching the trigger. It knows it's either death or a miracle. The NDC knows any deviation from its comfort zone is an invitation to death and will do all it can to maintain its favorable position so they do their usual propaganda mumbling with no concrete solutions. It's like let us keep the status quo while the going is good for us. Their answer is to make noise but, don't speak or suggest.

In fact, it is a step in the right direction for the NDC to oppose the NPP's strong demand for a New Voters Register. The fact remains that the NPP's decision to challenge the result of the 2012 General Election has nothing to do with a bloated Voters Register so why the demand for a New Voters Register?
The NPP's problem with the election was the clerical errors committed by the electoral officers hired by the Electoral Commission to work on its behalf. Even though the Supreme Court called for electoral reforms, there was nothing to suggest that the existing Voters Register must undergo any kind of reform.
The NPP's latest demand that there must be a new Voters Register sounds fishy to say the least and it is within the democratic right of the NDC to oppose it. After all, they say "oyaa sro oyaa". NPP wants a new Voters Register to be opened for them to bloat it in their strongholds? The NDC is wiser than that.

NPP and their cohorts like this writer think that they are more sensible than anybody in Ghana. When NPP win through the same electoral process, they see nothing wrong, but when others win then the process is flawed.
