    I can't understand why some people are so stupid ! There is no money to replace the register but there's money to steal. Just put on your thinking cup for once and compare the financial cost to that of security, moron!

    NPP and their cohorts like this writer think that they are more sensible than anybody in Ghana. When NPP win through the same electoral process, they see nothing wrong, but when others win then the process is flawed.
