Once again we read another article from one of those Ghanaians who cannot accept court verdicts unless outcomes are in line with their warped understanding and expectations.
Mr. Isaac Kwame Ohene Amoah Asare may want to accept he is not on any court bench in Ghana because he does not have what it takes; he and I can quibble over why even if he has all the classroom earned credentials but lacked wisdom and or driven by vengeance or tribal preferences. What was it Justice Atugugba did that was not legal, unwise or contrary to the dispensation of the laws of Ghana? You and a whole lot of wishful thinkers lacking judicial wisdom and appreciation of laws, judgments and impact on society wanted to see the 2012 election results thrown into chaos so bribery and the purchase of votes can take place hoping that Nana Akufo-Addo could come out on top at the end of a shameful process; it did not happen and wise justices on court benches in every nation on earth do not render justice in a vacuum or not mindful of societal impact.
The issue of Woyome can be easily solved equitably, fairly and in an apolitical realm if you and others who pretend to be cheated would go to basics. Why was it Woyome had a leg to stand on bringing a case against the nation and not every crooked Ghanaian? The answer calls for Ex-president Kufour and a bunch of his men to be investigated and at the very least charged with usurping state practices and procedures on open bid government procurement processes. If you don't believe your lying eyes and or ears please try to answer why anyone in the Kufour NPP administration would give a letter of introduction or association to Woyome to aid him in his search for financial resources relative to the stadium renovation project?
In short we have a Woyome because of the malfeasance of a Kufour NPP administration even as they hide behind a convoluted judicial system that allowed two of our very court system to rule in favor of Woyome without a demand for Kufour era administrators to be deposed.

OUR TAKE: A fair enough question. That would also be a question INXS will agree on, we believe.

Down memory lane. It is the same roguery all over. Rawlings calls Woyome a 'thief', but what Woyome did was no different from what he and his wife did to take away $5m of the Ghanaian taxpayer's money, just lower quantum.
