When this case attracted national attention, I promised that a top cop will be indicted. Why? If the scam was within a district, then we assume that it was the work of a low level police personnel who is looking for a way to supplement his/her salary but the dimension this scam took, became clear that a top cop was behind.
This man should be imprisoned with heavy sentencing. Political leaders in the North, should not try to meddle or mediate to let the dirt be swept under the rug. Timbillah is rogue cop. He thought he can get away with this crime but, the unthinkable have happened.

The reason is that Okoampa-Ahotan is stubborn, he doesn't follow his Doctor's advise. Okoampa first had mental disease called schizorphrenia and most of his writings in the media bore false believes and confused thinking. Instead of seeking medical help he chose to go after Nkrumah who gave him education. As we speak his Doctor has diagnosed yet another mental disorder. Okoampa now has Ganser Syndrome. His Doctor has warned him to always take his medications. So whenever you read any sensible article from Okoampa Ahotan, it means he is taking his meds and doing exactly what the Doctor told him. He is stubborn and never learns.

There is no probity and accountability in Public life in Ghana. There is no transparency in everything that is done in Ghana. From the Executive, Legislature and the Judiciary, all are corrupt and therefore, the best way to bring good Governance and Accountability to Public Life in Ghana is to set up Independent Bodies- made up of cross party MPs and other members of the Judiciary to investigate and report on all misdoings in public life.
