The crime of some of these people (Military) was taking loans from the Banks. The NDC believe that they have the right to take people's lives, so long as their foot soldiers keep chanting: "let the blood flow" and "our gov't is in power" among others.
Just for the mere fact that Rawlings and his NDC cohorts use the media to deceive Ghanaians by pretending to condemn corruption, can't free them from the murders and crimes they committed against innocent citizens of our land. In recent times, Rawlings had the guts to remark openly that: "we had to kill innocent Ghanaians" as if he has the power to decide who has the right under the Sun, to live or die. They're going around making silly comments about the Alfred Agbesi Woyome's defrauding the State of US $51 Million. What make the whole case disgusting is the decision of the sitting judge, Ajet-Nasam to acquit and discharge Woyome citing no evidence of fraud on Woyome's part. Isn't that appalling?

I wrote sometime on this forum that when I entered the Civil Service I learn the job from Messengers so even before my bosses want to brief me on an issue I already know how to handle it.
Martin Amidu want to know if the payment was constitutional and the Supreme Court ruled on it. However the fact is that Alfred Agbeshi Woyome does not have any locus standi to take the agreement or contract to parliament for ratification. He is a being with all the right that must be accorded to any human being, thus he can not suffer because of the action and inaction of those who are elected or employed by the state to perform their duty.
