WHY WILL ANYBODY ADD ''HONOURABLE'' TO THIS GUYS NAME? HOW DID WE GET HERE?
Member of Parliament for the La Dadekotopon Constituency, Hon. Nii Amasah Namoalo, claims he would have sued the government in court for more money if he were in the shoes of Alfred Agbesi Woyome.
The latter illegally received Ghc51 million from the State in 2010 for his role in the construction of stadia for the CAN 2008 tournament held in Ghana. And for this reason, the Supreme Court, on July 29, 2014, ordered him to refund the money to the state on the grounds that he got the money out of unconstitutional and invalid contracts between the state and Waterville Holdings Limited in 2006 for the construction of stadia for CAN 2008.
But speaking on UTV’s Adekye Nsroma, the MP for La Dadekotopon urged Mr. Woyome to go to court and sue the state for failing to present his contract to Parliament before the money was paid to him.
He accused the New Patriotic Party of masterminding this move when they were power and wondered why they failed to do the just thing by bringing the contract to parliament.
“If the NPP had brought the contract to parliament before the payment was made, the Supreme Court wouldn’t have directed Woyome to refund the money to the state…I wonder what influenced the NPP not to bring the contract to Parliament”, he said.

He told the Priest about all of his problems in business and asked the Priest what he should do. The Priest said "Take a beach chair and a bible and put them in your car and drive down to the edge of the ocean. Go to the water's edge. Three months later the man and his family came back to see the Priest. The man was wearing a $1,000 Italian suit, his wife was all decked out with a full-length mink coat and the child was dressed in beautiful silk.
The man handed the Priest a thick envelope full of money and told him that he wants to donate this money to the church in order to thank the Priest for his wonderful advice.
The Priest was delighted. He recognizes the man and asked him what advice in the bible brought this good fortune to him.
The man replies: "Chapter 11."

The current AG is now being made the scapegoat by the major looters, which was and has always been the plan, the expendable or the layer set up to protect the inner sanctum of thievery.
It remains to be seen how it is going to go down, with the shift now away from pursuing the criminal aspect of the thievery, which we are being made to understand is being appealed by the AG, with all the baggage.

Mrs Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong is no dummy. She's competent and knows just what to do but lacked the guts to do it. She'd rather lose the high profile case than lose her lucrative job. Has those puppeteers pulling her strings from behind the screen say it's ok now to take a second shot at the case? She and "them" were found guilty in the court of public opinion after the High Court Judge ruled in Woyome's favor and now want to white wash the stain with a re-trial? No matter the outcome the harm has already been done and it won't sway public opinion in their favor. They have no options and are set to claim the half loaf the re-trial can offer than none at all if the Woyome case was to end today the way it stands.
