    Another solution is to explain to prospective students the schools' expectations, their rights and responsibilities and the schools should make them sign contracts prior to admission or enrollment.

    But don't tell this to the preachers of the Christian Council- especially the Methodist and Catholic bishops of Obuasi and Kumasi- who also serve as NPP politicos.Fact of the matter is,they are ignorant of the Constitution.
