  Even if you are not a lawyer,reading this article and dissecting those 8 powerful questions put across by this lady will give you a true picture of how influential people in Africa STEAL,CHEAT AND KILL PEOPLE to cover up their crime for their selfish interests.It is so sad that what is impossible in the WHITEMAN'S country happens very,very easily in Black Africa.Madam,I am touched by your message and I am coming to Ghana to give you my SUPPORT both financially and spiritually.This NONSENSE has to stop in Ghana.SHAME UNTO AMOABENG and those Ghanaian educated crooks who think they can do anything they want and get away because of their connections in the society.

  I am aware of another case which is pending in the Court against Kofi Amoabeng and UT. I believe it is a racketeering group. They introduce you to a person and finally when your documents get to, you'll never get it back.
  
  Could it then be true, the saying that "when u take a loan from UT one becomes doomed?" Could there be any spiritual 'connections' to their deal?
  
  Did I once hear such a deal was also being made on one of this country's Presidential Candidate Jacob Osei Yeboah?

If these facts are true then that would be serious. Since money talks in Ghana, trust that the UT big man will be free even if he's wrong.

  Where in our legal system did the judiciary and legislators in Parliament deemed befitting the Human Rights Court (HRC) and what was its mandate? If Ghana's judiciary system did normalize HRC as a catch all court then why not make it mandatory all civil and criminal cases start at the HRC before proceeding for further adjudication if so desired? Every case before the Courts in Ghana is bound to infringe or restrict freedom and liberty of one or more contestants. Would it not be prudent to use the HRC to adjudge cases on possible human rights violations of contestants prior to further adjudication before the chain of courts in the appeal process?
