Think like this. Most of our leaders attended some of the elite schools in the developed nation but due to the poorness of their mindset, they cannot give their best like their European counterparts.
Another factor is this. If we change our mindset, we will allow the RULE OF LAW to exact toll on anyone who flaunts the law. Do we punish law breakers who are well educated? No and the question is why? Our mindset is killing us softly.

I sincerely agree. With the right mindset, we would be able to elect the right leaders. Furthermore, we would be able to hold leaders accountable for their actions and the delivery of their promises. As it is today, with a cup of rice, many of us sell our votes or joins in the looting of state resources.
Politicians would not allow the rule of law to prevail if we do not demand it. There is a caveat here though. Some leaders use brute force to silence opposition or highly level corruption to do so.

Look at their houses and their cars and compare them to their salaries and the maths is already done. If they have farms or businesse behind no problem .why are they afraid to declare their resources before taking a function? Whic is a const. Obligation .only in africa and in ghana expectially. God save us period!

In our part of Abibiman, before we were subjected to all these impressions, we had our Societies. This Society in the Court of St. James was WASU. This was the birth place of this dream. However, at a much intense later period, that now seems distant, OSU, NSU, ASU birthed loftier dreams.
These are the "riddles" the Honourable Members of the Academies of Arts and Sciences are to be entangling.
There should be a memorium commemorating the deeds and exploits of our heroes starting from those we know of.

We need to commemorate heroes who were honest and worked hard to achieve something for their nations.
