    The rules are very clear on what acts are tantamount to a foul. If any of these occur in the "18" (penalty box)a penalty kick is awarded against the offending team.No two ways about that. All fouls must be penalised... nothin ...

    Like seriously?? Shouldn't CAF have helped them since they stepped in the last minute to save the tournament after Morocco decided against hosting it due to Ebola scare.

    This is not the first time Tunisia has done it. They did It in Kumasi,Ghana in the 1978 AFCON when they lost one of their games.
