    Find the ghost names and then track them down through the accounts the payments go to at the banks.Round them all up and demand payment with prosecution in tow.Why is this so hard ?

    Ghost names in our pay roll system has gone on for far too long.Cant the Government and the Accountant General Department check and stop these ghost names bruhaha once for all-Aba!

    Very well written. The author has hit the nail by the head. All these coruptions are going on big time and yet no one is prosecuted. I can now see the reason why the para-medical staff have not been paid for years.
