The relationship between Zongo communities of recent-immigrant Ghanaians is very different from the Tsutsi invaders and conquerors of the inter-lacustrine region of east-central Africa.
The Tsutsis have never forgiven the indigenous Hutus for allowing themselves to be conquered and exploited by the former who, for centuries, held the largely sedentary and agrarian in abject contempt with subsequent help from European colonialists . This is why President Paul Kagame is busy trying to falsely rewrite the bloody "colonial" history between the Hutus and the Tsutsis.
Hohoe matters here, because one of the Trokosi Boys tried to roil a storm out of the largely benign Akyem-Ofoase Zongo Affair, which had absolutely nothing to do with the indigenous Akyem residents.
