He looked up and said weakly, "I have something I must confess."
"There's no need to, " his wife replied.
"No," he insisted, "I want to die in peace. I slept with your sister, your best friend, her best friend, and your mother!"
"I know," she replied, "now just rest and let the poison work."

The truth of the matter is that these days, you`ll find these 'Jezebels' all over the place. I can tell you for a fact that, the woman`s family back home,is neck-deep in the dastardly act. They[the whole family] saw Awumbila as a cheap meal ticket to fame and fortune. But thank God their designs failed!

For the other, if you don't know a word it is always good to cross-check it in the web, as this will help update your vocabulary and usage. But as always, when Ghanaians think they're more intelligent that everyone else in this world, I know you ignore this little reason because I bet you think you're the best.

Yes a failed asylum-seeker, stole my money purchased a property with my money, claiming that the letting property is hers. The evil scenario is that she is still living in my property with her own grown up daughters who are not my children.
That is the nature of some Ghanaian women, who abandoned their husbands, in Ghana to claim fake asylum in the UK. Through manipulative evil tricks, engages in convince marriage only to kill their innocent victims supposedly husbands.
Thank God Almighty !
In my case nightmare scenario my Solicitor was my Saviour , I'm alive today.

I am personally aware of a case that is currently at the Courts in Ghana that falls into similar category. In this particular case, the man had lived first in the USA for decades and migrated to Canada recently. He had abstained from marriage for a long time and into an advanced age, only to have his family elders persuade him to get married to 'complete his earthly accomplishments and have the opportunity to leave his own offspring in his genealogy'.
The family in Ghana then searched around and found a woman it thought would be a perfect partner for this man. So, he was invited back home to meet the date. The lady who was much, much younger and pretty had already been primed to accept any proposal from the man. So, it did not take much for their marriage to happen upon his arrival home.
The man then proceeded back to base in Canada to prepare for the wife to join him. Meanwhile, he had long been building a house in Accra that was almost completed and even habitable.
The husband then sent the wife to take delivery of the Papers on the house from a Contractor and give them to his nephew to keep for him. When the nephew received the Papers, the wife had, unilaterally, without the husband's prior notification, altered the title to the House to include her name on it.
The nephew then called the Husband to confirm the information on the title and the husband was highly enraged and suspicious of the woman's ulterior motives. This behavior of the wife's shocked the husband who confronted the wife with it. The ensuing argument ended the short-lived marriage promptly. The Husband then managed to quietly revert the title to the original status and put the House on Sale.
Meanwhile, as part of his alimony for the now-divorced wife, the Husband rented an apartment space for her that would last her for five years.
However, after the sale of the House, the ex-wife moved back into the House and demanded that the purchaser left the Property because it was her matrimonial Home. The most shocking aspect of this case is that their marriage had barely really been consummated, lasting just over a few months.
The buyer of the House, who also resides overseas, then took the case to Court to eject the ex-wife from the House. The Court-case is almost a year old and is still pending. The purchaser of the House has the title and did complete payment for the House. But the ex-wife would not leave. The new house owner cannot even continue to finish the House, and she has had to travel back and forth to Ghana. The case is costing the new House owner unexpected expenditure in Lawyer fees and traveling expenses to and from Ghana, as well as causing the buyer the risk of losing his job overseas for frequently having to ask for time off to attend some of the Court sessions on the Case.
So, we, diaspora, must all be very wary of the type of women or husbands we marry these days from home, especially by remote dating and family arrangement.
