Kwarteng use to post non-sense making articles and somebody like Bokor a so-claimed Dr. has been posting either typical tribal or partisan stupid articles.
I think it's better readers are not always served with such quantity of stupid/useless articles but rather quality educative articles.
They should not be allowed to take democracy for granted and guaranteed.

I sent a reminder yesterday and yet, Ghanaweb has decided that my article is not worth posting, probably, because of the title. The same article was published by Mordenghana.com on Tuesday. I am not sure if Ghanaweb is scared of Mugabe.
Prof, you are right that the Electoral Commissioner is the sole constitutionally mandated Returning Officer for Ghana's Presidential Elections and therefore KATELGO or STUNNAD cannot over-rule the decision of the Electoral Commissioner. At best, KATELGO will probably create confusion in Ghana, unless done in collaboration with all political parties that put up presidential candidates. Moreover, I am not sure if changes in the results declared at polling stations and those by the Electoral Commission were part of the claims the NPP took to the Supreme Court in 2012. That was initially alleged (that Mahama's votes were padded up whilst Nana Akufo-Addo's were reduced). However, that allegation was dropped and was not part of the reliefs the petitioners sought.
I also agree with you that KATELGO should be welcomed but vigilance is the key to ensuring that not only free and fair elections but also accurate returns of the results as happened at each polling station. KATELGO is also not a recipe for multiple voting, voting without Biometric verification, etc.

Nobody can convince me that Nana Addo,Bawumia and Jake don't know that elections are won at the polling station.Atuguba does not need to educate NPP on how elections are won and lost.The petitioners knew very well and good that NPP lost the elections but they went to court in order to fool their supporters so that Nana Addo could get another chance.This is complete act of dishonesty and even criminal.This is one of the reasons I did not support the elections petition.NPP suspended Kwame Pianin and Kweku Brobbey for nothing,these 2 gentlemen are very honest than Nana Addo and Bawumia who pretended not know why their party lost.Today,the same NPP is blaming their polling station officials for shoddy job.Wait until the real campaign begins and see how NDC will burry Nana Addo alive with this stupid petition.Thank you.
