  Public sector employment is limited and private and individual creation of self job, self employment are encourage.
  Graduates should not expect govt to employ them.They should use the knowledge acquired at the varsity to creat jobs for themselves.

  Yes, it is perfectly true that anyone and anything can write and publish but where is the wisdom? Describing and narrating what graduates go through as a result of unstoppable unemployment got no wisdom and attention for a serious nation as Ghana to gear or look for. What the nation needs and the president seeking for is the solutions to this unemployment. Describing what graduates spent in attainment of qualifications, this is a typical garbage in front of a wise desk. I went through the article trying to figure out at least one solution to deal with unemployment but found none, the only thing found in relating to the solution was the government must deal withh unemployment. In the first place, who is the government? The government is the citizens. So as a citizen of Ghana and hence part of the government, what have you been doing and solutions pouring out in dealing with unemployment instead of just giving a long ridiculous story about what graduates pass through and what they don't by relating to unemployment? I was expecting as well for the writer to say he is on initiation to help a number of graduates to be self-employed or help them in one or two ways to be employed similar found none. As a nation one of the uncountable problems we have is, people refuse to think, we just make unnecessary noise outdoors, just as this writer has hundred portrayed in black and white here. We need to think and write what the president and the Ghanaian society as a whole need. If everyone writes one or two articles by voicing what needs to be done rather than giving complains or describing what has happened, trust me the nation will be heading towards prosperity. Our leaders are not stupid as we always insult them of, what they need is appropriate solutions to our problems.

  Most workers due for pension should be chased out for young graduates to get employed. Kofi Asamoah should work at this. He too must go.
