Who is spinning the issue here. Is it a person who does not see that there is a difference between 10% and 13%. A person who does not know that 13% is higher than 10% or the person who has the illusion that 1 is bigger than three.
I have seen that the whole of the rightist world is out of its mind and are ready to criticize something, even when they performed poorly in that aspect of human endeavour.
Someone was telling me the other day that it is only an irresponsible parent who would like the child to overstay her time in the classroom. She added that with this age of technology when whatever answer the child need he or she can access it on the internet, how come that a parent will like the child to overstay in the classroom. She concluded may be the parents are so busy with their business or want time to visit their lovers.

Quaye, in the first place who told you Ghanaians are suffering? The fact that the NPP are making that noise does not make it so. Come to America and you will see the number of people who are homeless. Thank you for acknowledging that Prez Mahama has started building the 200 schools. By the time is finishes in 2020, all the schools would have been built.
