Hallo Mr. Ali,thanks ver much for this statemen.Its a pitty that African goverments does not know their duty or duties as a state.Ghana or African goverment have adopted a system which is called ( every body for himself and God for us all), because of that the goverment has withdrawed all her resposilities for the welfare her citizen.The result is poor majority and few good haves or assets,and this minoriy are ruling and continued to rule the majority.When this system does not change and take the responsities over their citizen,i am afried in long term there would be one day bloody revolution like in French in 16th Century or in 1789
