The bottomline is that we Ghanaians care too much about our Black Stars to allow the money-hungary, bribe-taking individuals at the GFA to destroy the team's hard-earned global reputation. Sepp Blatter and his FIFA colleagues watched apathetically in Brazil while millions of Ghanaian taxpayer dollars had to be flown, at considerable expense, to pay our players before they agreed to play the final Group match. I think we have every right as tax-paying citizens to expect our government to establish the facts, so that future embarrasments and unnecessary expenses can be avoided.

The three man commission setup to find a technical adviser is as corrupt as GFA itself. 1. That AA would still have power over the director. Then why the need for a director to supervise AA? 2. Also, the director will be on probation for some months. In otherwise the commission wants the director to take the blame of AA's failure when he has no power over him. This is another corruption in disguise. Ghanaians are tired with GFA playing with our mind. We do not want any director for AA, he should just go. Get a foreign coach who will double as a director/coach to put our talented players together. Time is not on our side.

The fact that John Boye played every minute of the three games at the 2014 World Cup despite his consistent blunders has been overshadowed by the World Cup fiasco. For Akwasi Appiah to have played him in the Germany and Portugal matches alone reek of his unbridled incompetence. But this is Ghana where mediocrity and bad coaching is rewarded with a contract extension, salary increment and an honorary doctorate.
