You send a criminal to the Wa Police and the next minute, the criminal is out from the Police with treats to your live.The people have lost faith in the Police.This is why instant justice is in place.The Police is the actual problem . check how many cattle thief's have been jailed in Wa.They steal and when caught, the Police teach them how to get out.In Wa, the Police are the real Criminals.No one truly respect them.
