  I may not agree with all that Ablakwa may have said, but if you'd just open your horizon and be a little objective, you may have the opportunity to begin to see things the way they really are. Your problem seems to be that you're perpetually stuck in your cocoon where you don't and can't see beyond what's around you. Your hatred, for instance, of our first President is such that you don't think he did a single good thing for Ghana, whereas Danquah and Busia are your heroes---the two men who led the way in selling Ghana to the same foreigners you're here lauding. How can't you see and understand that the main reason the Americans themselves cited for overthrowing Nkrumah and his administration was his constant agitation for pan-Africanism? And you think the financial aid the same people offer Ghana, with all its conditionalities attached to first and foremost promote their own self-interests, really works to Ghana's advantage? Since the American CIA, in collaboration with Busia and his henchmen, overthrew Nkrumah and his administration and rushed to Ghana with their so-called financial aid package in the form of World Bank and IMF loans, has Ghana become economically independent as the conditionalities were supposedly designed to accomplish? Has Ghana rather not become perpetually enslaved, always highly indebted to America and the West, while meanwhile their policies have worked to destroy Nkrumah's Ghana's developmental agenda in every respect?
  
  Mr. Okoampa-Ahoofe, I dread the day Akufo-Addo and his NPP win political poweer in Ghana, especially an administration in which you may become a policy maker. Cursed will be that day! And God forbid!
