I AM NOT SAYING THE ACTION IS RIGHT BECAUSE CLASSROOMS FOR OUR FUTURE PRESIDENTS IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE COMFORT OF OUR CHIEFS. PARLIAMENT MUST STOP QUESTIONING OUR MINISTERS ALL THE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WHY CERTAIN THINGS ARE DONE OR NOT DONE THE WAY IT SHOULD. CALL ON THE TECHNOCRATS TO GIVE YOU THEIR SIDE OF THE STORY. I WROTE SOMEWHERE OF NOT READING ABOUT LONG OR SHORT TERM PLANS OF GOVERNMENT. I STAND CORRECTED. MY REASON OF ASKING FOR PLANS IS THAT IT WILL GIVE THE CURRENT AND SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENTS WHAT THEY MUST BE DOING IF THEY ARE TO FOLLOW PLANS LAID DOWN BY THE STATE WITHOUT THE INFLUENCE OF POLITICS. YOU GATHER DATAE FROM ALL QUARTERS AND THAT WILL TELL YOU WHERE THE NATIONS NEEDS ARE THE MOST PRESSING. IN EDUCATION THE INFORMATION FROM ALL REGIONS WILL SHOW WHERE MOST PUPILS ARE LEARNING UNDER TREES AND THEY WILL GET NEEDED SCHOOLS BUILT WITHOUT POLITICAL INFLUENCE. ROADS, OFFICERS GO AROUND AND COLLECT TRAFFIC DATAE THAT TELL THE STATE WHERE TRAFFIC HAS INCREASED AND WHY, SECONDLY WHAT ECONOMIC OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES ARE THE REASONS AND THOSE AREAS GET FIRST ATTENTION AND SO ON. THE SAME FOR OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS. POLITICAL CONSIDERATION FOR GRANTING DEVELOPMENT MONEY IS NOT HOW TO DO IT FROM WHERE I STAND.
