I ONLY PITY THE WOMAN (MOTHER) WHO WASTED HER 9 MONTHS TO CARRY SUCH A NONENTITY IDIOT LIKE KWARTENG IN HER WOMB.

    Dear Essamuah,

Why don't you see the "scholar" for assistance? He or she should help you out! Are you the "scholar"? I did not have anyone specific in mind when I wrote this.

Essamuah, we have a big problem on our hand ...

Francis, I presume the Scarab Beetle is Kwame Nkrumah and the Scholar is Okoampa Ahoofe. Am I right or wrong?

  • francis kwarteng 9 years ago

    Dear Kweku Donsuro,

That is fine by me if you want to go by that interpretation. Others may want to assign different interpretations to some of the literary devices and characters I deploy.

    Ekow Essamuah, for instance, ...

Whaaat? How could ahoofe be the scholar? He is far from shot of being? If you go through Kwarteng's piece, ahoofe is way below a creative mind other than a heap of repeated recycled verbiage that he is accustomed to.

  • G.G. LAWRENCE 9 years ago

If this Kwarteng is (which is obviously not the case)) seen as a Scholar then Ahoofe is GOD!!!

I believe this is a satire on current leadership in Ghana. Kwarteng the Coward hiding behind a facade of devious writing. This is highly coded writing to tease and provoke critical exegesis and disquisition.

I don"t know what sort of drugs you take. Okoampa is as much of a scholar as a soluble drainpipe.Kwarteng has never used any academic titles. How humbling!

You should show us the way to read your texts since many of us are not literary theorists. I suggest you provide a few notes under the text to help us along.
