This issue of drainage system,energy and water, could have been solve some five (5)years ago. Flying 500 lazy Ghanaians to Brazil and throwing $20,000 each (twenty) to these so-called actors to be 'ambassadors'-funny,deserves 40year prison time. Ghana,are there no men in in your land?
