These people were openly very corrupt and I will say that they paved the way for corruption but they shouldn't have been killed.The worst was to have frozen all their illegally acquired assets and confinement to prison.I do not think Rawlings and his men took over power to be dictators but their resultant action was wrong and he has openly admitted it--using words such as 'innocent' and 'painful'.May their souls rest in peace.The only way a military man is made to face the firing squad is the result of a foiled takeover but never on grounds of corruption.
