I personally think Ghana's coach Kwesi Appiah should read this piece of article it will do away with any psychological trepidation. Modern day football is all about confidence and I believe I can do it spirit.

I advice Ghana to take this seriously because U.S will be very happy if they beat Ghana in the opening game. This will increase their ability to qualify through the group. Ghana on the other hand has a responsibility to play with passion and vigor to beat U.S in its opening game to ensure qualification in their group. Secondly, the U.S has been studying game since Klinsman took charge of the group. He is working hard with the U.S 23 man squad to put a wonderful display against Ghana both tactical and physical wise. I have been watching the U.S team in a programme called"THE ROAD TO BRAZIL" where the team televise their training schedules, tactics, and approach to the coming world cup especially in regards to Ghana's team. One thing I noticed during the friendly between Ghana and Holland was the defense line seems to play the ball around the 18 yard line a lot instead of sending the ball back to the midfielders. It is something that I can boldly say would cost Ghana the tournament. God Bless

This information is exactly what I have assessed from the US team. The coach must train the players to be athletic and move the ball with speed and the same time, encourage the midfielders and attackers to try long shots to take the US goalkeeper by storm. Again the midfielders especially Micheal Badley and Bechameur or Jones must be totally be neutralized. The right and left full backs must also prevent incessant crosses to avoid headings. This strategies when adapted would render the US team cold-chop for the Black Stars.
