    The Minster was cooking the numbers. There not even 1 million Ghanaian children in child labour let alone the 6 million figure he quoted.

    According to the 2010 Census of Ghana, of the children between ages 5-17 who are classified as children representing 9.7 million of the population of 24.6 million, only 14% are not in school and might be in child labor.

    One out of five I think is equal to 20%. I therefore do not see how you worked out the 31.8M chn.
