  I am sorry, buy Mr PV Obeng is just beating around the bush. What Ghana need to transform into a middle income country such as Singapore and Malaysia is to put in place solid and robust systems in all government departments including high productivity by all personnels and ensure all are accountable for the delivery. This is not hard to figure out.
  Coupled with this, government must place a ban on all churches opening between 8pm and 9am. This is also a major factor in low productivity in the country.
  Lastly, all heads of government institutions must be practical in their thinking and able to deliver. If unable to deliver, then mysterious sacked given 5 years time period.

  If P. V. knows and admits all that, why hasn't he made the necessary impact on the Administration to stem the spate of corruption that is holding the Nation down?
  
  Just half of the lost cash to the staged Judgment debts and wanton theft in SADA and GYEEDA recovered could cushion the Economy enough from any shocks linked to the absence of those financial Aids.
  
  Yet, Mr. Obeng has been silent over all those scandals like nothing wrong is going on. The BDC is steadily signing itself off from Power with all those shameful, blatant thievery that has gone unpunished, and with no attempts to retrieve our monies.
  
  If anyone in the Administration has b*lls and empathy for the Nation, he or she would advise the President's brother to return the private Jet and

  If P. V. knows and admits all that, why hasn't he made the necessary impact on the Administration to stem the spate of corruption that is holding the Nation down? Our situation without those outside helps is only exacerbated by the viciously insensitive clamor to raid our coffers.
  
  Just half of the lost cash to the staged Judgment debts and wanton theft in SADA and GYEEDA recovered could cushion the Economy enough from any shocks linked to the absence of those foreign financial Aids.
  
  Yet, Mr. Obeng has been silent over all those scandals like nothing wrong is going on. The NDC is steadily signing itself off from Power for a long time with all those shameful, blatant corruption scandals that have gone unpunished, and with no attempts to retrieve our monies.
  
  If anyone in the Administration has b*lls and empathy for the Nation, he or she would, for example, advise the President's brother to return the private Jet and use the proceeds to invest more to hire the growing number of unemployed, or at least wait to see the President improve the Economy before prancing around in such bratty luxury.
  
  Everyone deserves to enjoy the fruits of their labor but timing in displaying opulence could make a whole lot of difference in how people perceive the wealthy. The sheer appearance of impropriety regarding how the President's close associates and family gain and use their wealth at a time when the Nation's workers are dangling on the edge of survival could be as injurious to the Administration's fate as an established scandal.
  
  Mature sensitivity is a crucial part of governance. The President himself should have restrained his brother. But that failing, someone in the Government should have advised the President's brother to maintain modesty till better days in the Economy.

  The guy made his money long before his brother became vice and president.
  He is an astute business man and doing genuine business. Dont business men own jets? Alhaji Asuma Banda is an example. Dr Sam Jona is another savy busines mind.
