One in a friendly and the other in a CAF organized match so he has the right as a Ghanaian to justify his inclusion at any given opportunity.

He is strong,has a real physical presence, has an eye for goal and a good football brain hence him excelling in different positions as liecester won promotion.Long term he can be Ghana's Gareth Bale with the right tutelage,confidence, experience and personal motivation.Whilst am at it i would also like to commend accam as well for a possible chance too. Why? he is very very pacy and has the unpredictable factor about him.Pace and physical presence and height are all some of the things Black stars can very much do with as at this time. Please AA give these two youngsters a chance to enhance the good that you have already.And Jeff if you reading, congratulations on winning the league and yes you are our own Gareth Bale. I believe we could use two good left back players, but my obvious choice is the more versatile Afful.Afful has the pace over Shlupp,tougher than him and more versatile than almost all our players.Our only other defender I see as an offensive threat aside Afful is John Mensah.I think Shlupp can come off the bench.I also think Appiah should start seriously formulating how he is going to pair up his selected players.eg.who explodes well with whom.We know Gyan jive very well with Waris and for some reason Muntari and Dede don't mix too well.We also suspect that a combination of Gyan,Waris,Astu,Accam and Muntari combo upfront will be deadly.

KA, waste no more time and draft this guy into the team immediately and play him in our remaining friendlies. If he excels give him the berth, after all, as someone has posted, the guys possesses all the needed physical attributes of a modern defender. His height will be vital in defending corner kicks and free kicks. At present, we seems to lack height at the back and will be seriously exposed in Brazil especially if Vorsah is not playing. I think we desperately need this guy.

He is also not a speedster so tracking back to defend is a problem for him. Had he not have akama larwerh back there, gh would have been eliminated from the tournament longtime. Most tall defenders are too slow and lack speed. Their mobility is suspect. I would rather use schlupp as a mid or striker. He can punish speedy defenders and use his size to outmuscle them for loose balls. As a defender, refs could target him for even the most biased, simplest of tackles simply becos of his size. In defence, the 4 and 5 need height but those at the corners need speed to overlap and defend. Most ppl don't understand the science of the game.

We can still add to our attacking department: David Accam and Frank Acheampong for sure will add speed and scoring form to our attack. Try them out too.

I think in our current situation where the good defenders are either getting older or injured, Shluppie will fit in perfectly. I am a season ticket holder at Leicester City and follow some away games as well. I have watched this boy grow into a man. He is a strong and athletic footballer, used to be a striker and now as a left back. He has shared the left back position with Konch and he has been tremendous whenever he is in the team. I think he will bring different attribute to the team and will definately improve the team. I really hope he is picked in the team.

Players like Schlupp, Owusu Afriyie, Accam, Duncan, etc need to be looked at seriously before selecting the final 23. The priority is to avoid as much as possible, players nursing injuries.
