Politics often attracts the worse possible kinds of characters: self centered,utterly immoral and corrupt individuals without a shred of compassion in their souls. These abnormal characters are often utterly ruthless in their quest to gain political power or influence and think nothing of harming or even killing others in order to attain their selfish goals. We are all acquainted with the role Mahama Ayariga played in the murderous troubles in the Bawku area. He even managed to use questionable means to remove a rival from Parliament. Then the issue of the misappropriation by him of tractors for poor farmers which earned his now richly deserved nickname "Tractor Ayariga". The NDC (and before it the PNDC) in particular stand out as parties which haboured groups of siblings who gained notoriety because of either their nefarious activities or corrupt practices. Rawlings in particular can be blamed for encouraging this phenomenon.

My question to okoampah is simple. Has okoampah ever said a single truth about Kwame Nkrumah or his akyem NPP/Danquah group? Is it not lies that he spew on ghanaweb for his blind NPP followers including akadu mensema to clap for him? Okoampah who cannot go to his hometown due his bad behaviour before he left Ghana should give us a break and tell us how his uncle Danquah was involved in the murder of Apedwahene years back. Liar.

Okoampa, "The Wily Akyem Teacher" is unusual allright- the ornamental excrement beneath his chin and the big glasses on his broad nose are real but his tongue is false.
