You remember how Rawlings packed the army with his boys before leaving office and how he was always barking at Kufuor during the latter's reign. Even at a point in time during Kufuor's regime Rawlings had to complain about arms cache in Ghana. Should in case there is an outbreak of war I don't think the current NDC government will get the where withal to mobilize and fight. This is why the current NDC government must do everything to avoid anything that will plunge this country into chaos by pushing for a clean electoral reforms. I wish to state that the problem of Ghana is not about NDC or NPP. Neither is it about Akans vs Ewes. The problem is about the kind of useless university graduates taking poor quality decisions for mother Ghana. Is it Dr Sule 'Useless' Garba who advised government not to go for electoral reforms or what. May God help Mother Ghana.
