    I assume that this school has a headmaster, the town has a chief, the pupils also have parents. We should all bow our heads down in shame for blatantly neglecting the needs of our children and their welfare.

    abura is a community in cape coast. the most unfortunate part of the story is if the catholic mission can rescue the school from it current state.
