  There is no medical abbreviation known as HT which stands for Hypertension so don't confuse folks with this abbreviation. High Blood Pressure is abbreviated as BP.

  Sorry, I leave in Norway and hypertension is abreviated as HT in Norwegian. Pressure is Trykk in Norwegian. Did not catch all the small things.

  Make sure you walk everyday or do some activity. And see to it that you eat fruits and vegetables. Plus cut down on consuming salt & sugar. Also minimize consumption of starchy food and alcoholic beverages.
