J.B Danquah was an admired Ghanaian politician who got lawyers on board after Paa Grant discussed with him about the treatment the colonial masters were given to indigenous Ghanaians, that to form our own national movement to take back our country from the British imperialist, of which he did without hesitation or resting on his laurels. But later part when the struggle towards independence was on going proccess, he turn his back with his co-horts went to Britain asking the British Government not to grant the independence to Ghana. He later became a spy for CIA and British Mi5 Agent trying to sabotage the country and to assassinate the president thus led his second arrest in prison and his death, after his first prison term was pardon by Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Nkrumah was a fine man, had he being Rawlings, Danquah could have been beheaded the first day he was arrested. Danquah was terrorist and a traitor in Ghana with his co-horts like Baffour Akoto, Obetsebi-Lamptey, Busia, Dombo etc, etc. While Osagyefo was pursuing projects like Akosombo Dam, Tema Motoway, Cape Coast University, Ghana Airways, Ghana Black Star Shipping Lines, and other major infrastructures and factories in Ghana, the Danquah and his terrorist group were also trying to bring him down.

On the home front, Dictator Nkrumah had a BIG FALLOUT with many members of his own Cabinet, including Tawiah Adamafio, Ako Adjei( a man who originally proposed to the UGGC to bring Nkrumah to the Gold Coast as a Secretary from Britain), Kofi Crabbe and many others.
These were people who decided to form the "CPP ELITES WITHIN" to overthrow the late DICTATOR by any possible means.
The late KWAME NKRUMAH WAS A TRUE DICTATOR, hence his refusal to have a DEPUTY. Otherwise could anyone please tell us who his Deputy was??
Many of our Opposition Members in Exile were killed by Nkrumah's Organised Terror Group, mostly in Africa and part of Europe.
Myself and other Family Members used to travel from Cape Coast to Nsawam to visit some Opposition Members who had been incarcinated by the Dictator simply because of being in opposition.
The late R.R. Ampnsah, among others was right at the Cape Coast Castle and NEVER escaped our frequent visits.
Yes, the Dictator pursued projects such as Akosombo(A very bad Deal indeed), Tema Motoway and other Developmental Projects, because the COLONIAL MASTERS LEFT US WITH HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY; something any illiterate Fishmonger from my Cape Coast could have easily done.
However, the irony was that, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE IOTA OF GROWTH IN THE ECONOMY. The Dictator was so much forcusing in on the Internal aspects, such as the Ghana National Brigade to produce more Food, which was good; but he Foreign Policies were too abyssmal.
He hated the Western Countries who particulary were our main Trading Partners and went to bed with the COMMUNISTS WORLD.
That made him to declare in his Dawn Broadcast of 1963 that "GHANA IS A COMMUNIST COUNTRY".
I have personally read from Vladimair Danso and many of Nkrumah Boys that the former President Bush Snr.was an Ambassador in Ghana and orchastrated the Dictator's Coup. ALL BULLOCKS!!!
WE all used to write letters to Leaders of the host countries the Dictator was visiting to advise him to change his ways and release the Political Prisoners some of whom were my Family Members.
When the Dictator was enroute China through Vietnam, he made a stop-over in Egypt(A TRIP ORGANISED AS A HONEY ONE BY THE CIA) most of the Opposition Members including my Families appealed to the then Nasser Government of Egypt(because his wife was an Egyptian)to persuade the Dictator to see sense in releasing the Opposition Members.
Unfortunately, the Dictator responded that he had already WRAPPED GHANA IN HIS HANDEKERCHIEF. The next few days he was OUT OF POWER.
I must say that IT was the MOST HILLARIOUS PERIOD OF MY LIFE.
One thing though, the overthrowers did some Bad Things of Destroying the Archives of Ghana which may have lost some great details of our past.
So much to be said, but YOU NDC AND DICTATOR NKRUMAH IDIOTS SHOULD KNOW YOUR STUFF BEFORE GOING INTO PRINT.
Kwame Okwampa has been so good enough in giving you a History and other information that you could pass onto your great-gran children instead of accusing him of some sort of hypocrisy.
We are all aware of having sentiments OF IDIOCY WITHIN THE RANKS OF THIS NDC CREATING, LOOTING AND SHARING PHENON at the expense of the Poor Ghanain.
