Why does the UG not have degrees that align with the departments of the government such as BS in Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Road Management and Construction.... all of these great minds graduating from UG to end up in foreign countries bc of lack of opportunity. Even a technical school specifically for this.. it makes no sense for Chinese to be building roads when African people have the know-how. I know this is a much larger and political discussion than what I have presented but geeze!!
