Truly the challenge is getting that work-life balance vis-à-vis critical deadlines and targets right.
We are often so scared of losing our careers, jobs, businesses in this competitive global market that we push and drive ourselves beyond what our feeble bodies can bear - sleepless nights, poor dietary habits, and no time for exercise. Truth is we are too scared to fail. We cannot bring ourselves to face the scorn of our own brethren for 'failing', if failing means enough is enough. But we must remember that at the end of the day, if we allow this stress and work pressures to take us out, we go alone and leave only devastated lives behind us.
