He stood for something alright, but Ghanaians will be the first to forget about him. Don't we forget easily?

I agree. PURE HOGWASH. Please please enough is enough. Let us put a stop to this sickening obsession with the BBC and its employees.Allow the Dumor family to mourn in peace. KOMLA WAS A GIFTED JOURNALIST WHO WORKED FOR THE BBC A UK GOVERNMENT FUNDED ENTITY WHICH PROMOTES THE INTEREST OF THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT.In the BBC Dumor was just another foreign born journalist period. He was in the employ of a foreign government, not a Ghanaian government, working for the British. In the UK Dumor's untimely death was mentioned only in passing by various news outlets. There were no commentary from 10 Downing Street. There was no great fun fair about his death in the UK. Let us respect ourselves for once fellow Ghanaians. The talented Komla did not contribute greatly to Ghana's well-being no matter what the hero worshipers say. Komla was noted for his objectivity.Even he would be appalled by the media circus his death has generated in Ghana. We have seen various Ghanaian dignitaries falling over each other ateempting to air their views about "Africa's great son" and similar over the top commentary. The Ghanaian media scrum has got to stop.
