    MUCH MORE,WHEN SUCH SYSTEM IS TRIED ,IT WILL EVENTUALLY LEAD TO A ONE PARTY STATE AS INCUMBENT WILL LIKELY OFFER LUCRATIVE POSITION TO THE LOUD MOUTH POLITICIANS THEREBY GAGING THE OPPOSITION PARTIES.
