You are absolutely right. When I read the story about Kofi Jumah's outrageous assertions, it reminded me of the similar silly comments made by Victoria Hammah for which the Chief Justice has constituted a committee to investigate, and wondered why there has not been a similar outcry and response!!!
I simply dismissed it, because Kofi Jumah has made it clear he wants to be 'notorious' and "famous" for his notoreity I guess. Because he says such silly, childish and unintelligent unbecoming a fomer minister of State, many people seem to be ignoring him.
These assertions are however in my opinion even more serious and worse than the cheap gossip of Victoria Hammah. To suggest that the president and the chairman of a panel of justices sitting on a case in which he (the president had a vested interest) is a very serious matter. By the way if he had this tape all along, why did he not bring it out when there were issues of contempt of court and 'conflicts of interest'? I do not believe for a moment that such a conversation ever occured and therefore that any such tape exists, but Kofi Jumah wants to remain relevant. Empty barrels will continue to disturb our peace with their noise I guess.
I support your call. By yhte way, in your heading, it shpould have read PROOF, not PROVE.

This is very serious allegation and we cannot allow Kofi Jumah to get away with this as a serious nation govern by laws. I don't care about the merits of this wild allegation, this loose talking Jumah guy must be forced to provide the tape or suffer the grave consequence if he fail to do so. The need has come for us to be serious for once as nation who uphold the rule of law in high esteem. We the citizenry should force the government, parliament and the judiciary to get to the button of this crap.
