    IT MUST BE MANDATORY FOR ALL STUDENTS TO LEARN AFRICAN HISTORY IN SHS. FROM OLD AFRICAN EMPIRES TO PRE COLONIAL, INDEPENDENCE N POST INDEPENDENCE.
